Returns & Refunds Questions

We strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we will exchange the product. All you need to do email us within 24 hours of delivery with a picture of the damaged/defective product. You can reach us at

If you wish to cancel an order we request you to email us at support@cocompany.in. Any applicable refund requests will be reviewed by our team and the refund process will be completed within 4-6 weeks.

Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by us. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered. Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 4 -6 weeks.

Product Questions

As a brand we believe in respecting the environment we live in. All our products are Vegan and Cruelty-free. None of our ingredients or formulations are derived from or tested on animals.

All our products with the exception of those with retinoids/vitamin A are suitable for pregnant women. Currently, the only products that we have which contain retinoids are the Ultimate Brightening Youth Enhancer and Vitamin Glotion.

International exports have become harder in recent times. In order to ensure the best service, you may find that our international prices are slightly higher than our local prices. As the situation around the world resolves and global trade normalises we hope to bring parity one day. We thank you for your understanding.
